A: Through sanding feathering and filling if required, any surface damage can be amended.
Q: What paint will you use?
A: 2PAC aka. 2K, which after applied correctly allows for a lasting premium finish.
Q: How long will a standard repair take?
A: The average duration for a standard repair is one hour.
The fresh paint will then require a static dry time of a further hour to ensure the clear coat hardens.
Q: How long should I wait before I hand-wash or pressure-wash the wheels and car?
A: Wait a minimum of two or more days before applying presser to the finish of any fresh paint.
Also avoid spraying any chemicals on the wheels like Tire Shine, wait a week before applying a Ceramic Coat. Paint takes roughly a week to completely Out Gas.
Q: Is this paint stronger than powder coat?
A: Powder coat is more likely to chip whereas 2Pac is more flexible, much easier to repair if ever damaged again.
Q: How long will this paint repair last, is there any warranty?
A: Expect your repairs to last the lifetime of any original paint, I use high quality supply’s, applied using professional methods backed by years of experience.
